Halloween!

For Halloween this year we did the whole trunk or treat thing at the church then came back to the house and did some trick or treating in the neighborhood.  The girls LOVED it.  I loved it too.  Earlier today we made some caramel apples, played games, and hot wassail. yummm.  What a fun and memorable day!  Warm weather too!

We pulled the car over and while Alivia and Kenzie were asleep in the car Brooklyn climbed some rocks.  She insisted.  This kid loves to climb!

Last Monday night and Tuesday day we drove 2 hours to Yellowstone.  We wanted to go before our crazy weekend and also before Tom left back to Alaska for work.  What a fun little trip!  I just love little overnight trips like this.  We went swimming at the hotel then drove around Yellowstone on Tuesday.  The girls loved it and Alivia was a dream child.  I sure do love my little family.

Brooklyn and Kenzie made a nest.  They gathered up the grass clippings and rocks.  Then they called for birds to come to their home.  They are so creative.
