We got a pool!!!
Ok, so maybe our pool is only 3X3, but the girls had a blast! It was exceptionally warm last week (80+) so I decided to pull out the pool that I bought like 2 years ago, put on their swimsuits, and let them play on the deck! I got some warm water from our kitchen sink and filled it up. Brooklyn kept telling me that it needed to be roasty toasty so I had to add more warm water every 10 minutes or so. It kept them entertained for a good hour! After they went swimming I let them watch Thomas the Train and eat oranges on the floor. Now when we have visitors over the girls like to show them their pool. Now it just needs to warm up for us to go swimming in it again.

Travel log from Boise Trip...Day 3: PICTURE OVERLOAD!
On Saturday we played outside a good part of the day. My sister and her hubby were in Mexico for the week so my Mom was watching Kennedy, their daughter. All 3 girls were buddies. They watered plants, rode on the lawnmower with Grandpa, dug in Grandma's garden dirt, kicked the ball around, and just explored. They were in heaven. At one point, the girls filled up a pot with water, stripped down naked, and climbed in. So, there were 3 little nudies in a flower pot. What goofballs! They were VERY busy this day and slept VERY well!

Travel log from Boise Trip...Day 1
A week ago I went to Boise to go to my Uncle Glenn's funeral. I left on a Thursday and got home on Monday of the following week. I always have a lot of fun when I go to Boise. So, lots of fun equals lots of pictures. I will not overwhelm you with my whole trip of pictures in 1 post...so I will stretch my trip out over a couple of posts. Great rationalization right?!?
On Thursday we traveled to Boise and just vegged with family. These are pictures from Friday's adventures. On Friday, we went to the park with Heather's kids (my sister) and Grandpa Ewing. The girls just love going to parks. They also played in my parent's yard. My folks have the best yard. My Mom believes that the best toys you can get a kid are a shovel, a bucket, and some great dirt with water. They just thrive and are such happy kids when they are outside playing. Plus, they take great naps and go to bed really easily too when they "work" so hard at playing.
