On Aug. 17, 2009 we celebrated 7 years of wedded bliss. In the morning I made Tom some scones for breakfast. Then we got a babysitter around 1 and drove to Yellowstone, had dinner, got our pictures done, then went to the Playmill (a play put on by a local theatre company). The pictures above are from our photo shoot. I had the darn giggles through the whole photo shoot. :) I was glad that Tom insisted that we do the pictures because I am too frugal to do something like that. It was FABULOUS being with my sweetheart the whole day! We took his truck so I got to scoot over and sit in the middle of the truck for the whole drive to and from Yellowstone. I haven't done that in years. I feel so blessed to have married Tom. Yes, we have definitely had our struggles, but we always seem to find common ground and it brings us closer together. I love Tom because he is thoughtful, great with our kids, service-oriented, and helpful...to name just a few. I love you Tom...I can't wait for the next 50+ years!
Happy Anniversary! I love the pics, how fun is that? (but Don't you think he has one or two too many guns?) sounds like you two had a great day! there is nothing better for a stay at home Mommy than a day ALONE with her honey! Thats exactly what I wound want too.

ReplyDeleteThose pictures crack me up! What a fun thing to do though. I know what you mean though Michelle, they'd be so much fun, but I know I'd giggle through it all. Tom looks so young in that first picture! Maybe it's the fact that he actually shaved:) And as for the truck, I'm amazed you can even get IN the truck...that thing is so tall!
