Our trip back to our Utah home...

Grandpa Nathan

Grandpa Nathan bbqing

The girls scooted the cooler over to the candy. They get pretty smart when it comes to getting some candy.
The amazing thing about this picture was the she got herself onto the swing BY HERSELF. The swing is probably 2 feet off of the ground. After she got up she didn't use her arms at all and made her body straight as a board. This kid has got some serious core muscles.
This picture shows EXACTLY what their little personailites are like. Brooklyn is holding on for dear life (our little cautious and safe kid) and Kenzie is going down sideways with her tongue sticking out (our little daredevil, risk-taker).

Brookln and Grandma Debbie playing

Kenzie ALWAYS likes to drink from Grandma Debbie's cup. Kenzie tickling Laura Stufflebeam
I got to see my good friend, MEGAN! It was great to catch up and just see her! I miss that girl.

We went swimming at this GREAT pool in Orem. Too bad we found out about this pool AFTER we moved! Bummer! We were there about 4 hours and we all could have stayed longer. What a blas

Brittney and Brooklyn
Auntie Cheryl and Kenzie. Kenzie just LOVED Cheryl.

White boy! Tom's response to my comment about that was that if you look around you can tell who is working and who isn't.

The girls were soooo tired after swimming that they zonked out fairly easy that night.
The pictures are in reverse order as far as how we did things, but you get the idea that we had A TON OF FUN in SLC! We left on a Thursday and came back Sunday. We stayed with the Stufflebeams and used every minute of the weekend! They were very gracious hosts! We stayed up Thursday night and played cards. Then we went to the pool on Friday with them and the girls absolutely loved it. Kenzie loved jumping off the side while Brooklyn played it cautious. Last year Brooklyn LOVED jumping off the side of the pool. I guess I just need to take my kids swimming more often. That night we visited the Larsens and had dinner with them. On Saturday I got to see my cute friend Lindsey and her new baby boy. He was soooo sweet. After visiting with her I went over and saw Megan. It was great to see my friends again. We wish we could have seen more people but time really ran out! That afternoon we had pizza with the Stufflebeams then went to a park to play. On Sunday we had a bbq with Grandpa Nate at his house. The girls picked flowers, saw the horses, and blew bubbles. They always have fun when they go over there. After visiting with Nathan we went over to Cassie's house and saw little (not so little anymore!) Abby and Andrew. The girls had been talking about seeing Andrew and Abby the whole trip so they were excited to see and play with their cousins. After visiting with them we went back over to the Stufflebeams and packed up and came home. I was sad to leave, but grateful for the friendships we have made in Utah.
