Boise trip!

Ryan
There were ducks in Grayma and Graypa's pool so Grayma come up with the idea to bang pot lids together to get them off the pool. They don't mind the ducks it's just what ducks leave behind that isn't enjoyed! It was cute but the whole rest of the weekend Brooklyn was on watch for ducks.

Austin and Brooklyn were watching "a movie on the tv". Kids are so creative!
All of the kids were making us lunch

Lou!
Dad was upstairs in his office and all the kids decided to visit him.

The kids were putting glue on paper and popcycle sticks and putting colored beans and noodles on them. Never a dull moment at Grayma's house!
Mom helped me (a lot) make a crib set for the new babies room. Brooklyn was very interested in what Grayma was doing. Mom was really good about letting her sew a little and show her how to do it. Brooklyn loved it. I think we may have a little sewer on our hands!

Grayma told all the kids to go and dogpile Graypa. They loved that.

So, a couple weeks ago the girls and I went to Boise while Tom went on a fishing trip. It was a lot of fun. While we were there we got to see Heather's kids a lot because she went out of town and they stayed at my parent's house too. Brooklyn and Kenzie loved it! They loved playing with their cousins. Brooklyn, Austin and Kennedy played together and Kenzie and Hannah were buddies. It was really great to see them all get along so well. I wish we had more cousins that lived near us. But, no complaints, we at least have Brookey and her kids. While there Mom also helped me, or rather, I helped her, make the crib set for the new baby. Brittney (birthmom) and I picked out the fabric when we were in Utah last time. I love love love it! Thanks Mom! You are so talented. We cut out the rag quilt so I have a project to do in the next couple of weeks. It was a crazy week, but sooo fun. I was sad to leave. Thanks for letting us come!

  2. I can't believe how green the grass by the pool was. It looks like you guys had a blast. I need to make it to Boise again one of these days.

  3. The "watching a movie" cracks me up. My kids do the same thing. Where do they come up with these things?
