This is the display we had for Grandma

Alice and Grandma Glenrose...they have been best friends for years. Alice came all the way from Washington to be there.

Aunt Jeanie and Grandma laughing at the QVC cake.

Ryan and Brooklyn hand-in-hand delivering Grandma some flowers. I thought it was really sweet how when different cousins arrived she would take their hands and walk them to the party.

Alice, Addison, Caleb (my cousin) and Grandma

Dad and Hannah (Heather's youngest)

Dad reading a poem for Grandma...

My cousins...Shawn, Caleb and Kim and their daughter Addison.

Cousins...Aniston, Kennedy and Kenzie

Aunt Cammie telling a story. She is also our official picture taker. I can't remember an occasion where Aunt Cammie doesn't have her camcorder or camera. We appreciate her efforts.

Cousins...Austin, Kennedy, Brooklyn, Aniston, and Kenzie

Kenzie zonked on my shoulder.

After the party, the kids were starving so Eva made them some mac and cheese. Justin just dug in with the serving spoon and all.

Brooklyn and Kenzie wanted to try on the duck costume that Hannah is going to wear this year for Halloween. I think they make super cute ducks.

My Grandma Glenrose (my Dad's mom) is 80. I can't believe that. To, me she is stuck at 64. I don't know why she is stuck at that age, but she is. 80 just seems so old to me. (Sorry, Grandma). I know, logically, that she can't be 64 because my parents are almost 60. Anyhow, I guess some people just stay the same age.
Her birthday was a lot of fun. Almost everyone from my Dad's side of the family came to help celebrate the event. It was great to see people I hadn't seen in a long time. I also love seeing my aunts, uncles, and cousins too. We keep in pretty good contact so when we see each other we just catch up and hang out. I love it. I really do.
We love you Grandma Glenrose. I have so many memories with you. I remember your sucker tree that we got to pick from every time we came to visit. I remember the wooden fruit, the games in your game cupboard, listening to old country music with you on your records or 8 track player, hanging out on your back patio and watching the birds eat from your many feeders, visiting Aunt Ginny and Uncle Kenny then going out to lunch, many family gatherings at your house, your beautifully set table for every season, your thoughtfulness at Christmas...you had a present for everyone, your Fenton glass, your AWESOME jewelry collection, your sense of style, and for you being a fantastic Grandma. I love you Grandma...
Still no picture...I'm so ashamed. But I did like your tribute to Grandma.
