This year for pumpkin pickin' we went to a ladies backyard and got a pumpkin. Tom and I aren't sure where to go so we went with my sister, Brooke, to a place she normally goes. It was cute and the kids had fun. That's all that matters, right?!

This is our little princess. All she wants to wear everyday are princess dresses. She doesn't mind if I put clothes on underneath (thank goodness) just as long as I put a princess dress over the top.

Justin, Hailee, Brooklyn and Kenzie...cousinsI love this time of year. I love it because the weather starts to change and I get to put my girls in news clothes that I bought at the end of the season last year. I love the colors. I love all of the fun holidays that starts with Brooklyn's birthday and goes clear through New Years. It seems like there is always something to look forward to just weeks from each other. I love the family traditions that this time of year brings. I love that I don't have to mow our 1/2 acre with a push mower. I love that Tom is WAY excited for snowmobiling season to start. He wants it to start snowing right now and not let up until summer. My desires are quite different than his but the locals have told us that he isn't too far off. I find myself giddy this time of year. I just love it.
